The beauty of having a small family friendly provider is that Our day support program includes but is not limited to: taking clients to appointments, implementing their NDIS support management plans, helping to locate, find and work with therapists (e.g. Occupational therapists, Speech therapists, Psychologist, physiotherapists) and implementing strategies given into their days.<\/p>\n
We are able to help with Community engagements and we excel in helping clients reach goals whether that be, learning lifestyle skills like shopping, budgeting cooking or cleaning or to live a healthier lifestyle by weight management, calming social anxieties and community engagement or finding and keeping a job. Our support workers are client-goal oriented and have variable skill sets and can accommodate a wide range of needs and personality types.<\/p>\n

At Aptitude Care, we understand that navigating the NDIS can be daunting and at times confusing. We offer Support Co-ordination which ultimately helps you understand what your NDIS plan can and cannot be used towards.<\/p>\n
Often people have a misunderstanding of how to use their set budgets. Our experienced co-ordinators can help clients apply for more funding, prepare, and organise NDIS correspondence, locate and access various support needs. This can include, Supported Independent Living placements, therapy engagement and can help access daily living aids. Our co-ordinators are inter-company friendly. Meaning if you are happy with some of your services elsewhere you can still utilise Aptitude Care and we will all work together to reach the best outcome for you. We specialise in organising Supported holidays.<\/p>\n
